Research question
Qingche Shulu is a team entrepreneurship project applying digital radiographic imaging to freight inspection, with fresh-produce green-channel verification as its core application. The project brings together sensing, inspection workflows, and a business plan for a complete equipment-and-software solution.
My contribution
- Participated in the Challenge Cup competition team presenting the freight-inspection solution.
- The team project connected technical product design with inspection requirements, application scenarios, and commercialization planning.
Technical approach
- Organize the inspection workflow around vehicle positioning, imaging acquisition, recognition, and presentation of inspection information.
- Describe how X-ray sources, detectors, and supporting sensing components form an integrated inspection system.
- Develop the business-plan narrative through customer scenarios, competing-product comparisons, supply-chain organization, and a staged product roadmap.
Results & outcomes
- Awarded Hubei Provincial Gold in the 2024 Challenge Cup college student business-plan competition.
- The team presentation joins technical architecture and product strategy in a coherent freight-inspection proposal, extending my project experience into technology commercialization and interdisciplinary collaboration.
